Outbound Marketing

OUTBOUND MARKETING: CLASSIC ADVERTISING COMMUNICATION

Outbound Marketing is marketing that attempts to reach consumers through advertising in the classic media and through contact with people. Depending on the location, the approach can be broad (television) or direct (DEM – Direct Email Marketing).

Outbound marketing together with inbound marketing is part of marketing strategies.

Traditional marketing is not only about communication via TV and radio, but also about paid advertising campaigns and all kinds of advertising packages offered by search engines and advertising agencies.

Outbound marketing is usually known as the old type of marketing, actually this type of advertising involves using radio stations, television and the classic press advertising (offline marketing).

Outbound was known as one-way marketing, in fact this type of marketing did not allow interaction with users and it was not possible to monitor the results. In addition to these “analog” communication strategies, new ways of paid advertising via search engines such as SEA (Search Engine Advertising) and PPC (Pay per Click) advertising campaigns must now be developed.

We can therefore talk about the new stage of outbound marketing.

Today, thanks to Google, you can run targeted paid campaigns and manage them according to your needs.

With Google Analytics, you can monitor the success of a campaign conducted via Google AdWords. In addition to Google, it is also possible to run paid campaigns with the tools provided by Facebook to businesses.

Paying for advertising campaigns is not enough to increase visibility and improve access to your website, but when integrated with other types of marketing, it can be a good choice.

Outbound marketing is the traditional form of advertising, it is advertising for the break, the user makes an action (watching a movie, listening to the radio, checking email) and is interrupted by commercial advertising. Inbound marketing, on the other hand, is a less invasive method as it aims to intercept the user by responding to his needs when he needs them.
